1. Introduction
Welcome to TrueLabon, your partner in True-value lab-based planning. By accessing or using our website at TrueLabon.trade (the Domain), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TrueLabon offers bespoke planning services designed to help you achieve your project objectives through a lab-based approach.
- Service Engagement: You may engage our team for one-on-one planning sessions or group workshops.
- Rescheduling: You may request a change of date at least 48 hours before the scheduled session by contacting us via contact form. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- Cancellation: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a refund following the guidelines below. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for any reimbursement due to the time and resources dedicated to your planning engagement.
3. Information Products
We provide downloadable resources, guides, and templates related to lab-based planning practices.
- Access: Upon purchase, you will receive an email with download instructions.
- Refund Eligibility: If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of download. Access credentials will be disabled upon approval.
4. Physical Goods
TrueLabon offers select physical products such as workbooks and lab journaling kits.
- Shipping: Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Send-Back Policy: You may send back unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Send-back shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the items you sent back, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Refund Policy
TrueLabon strives to ensure complete satisfaction with all offerings. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Method: Reimbursements will be issued via the original payment channel used at purchase, typically within 10 business days after approval.
- Service Rescheduling: Eligible service engagements may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling is not feasible, a prorated reimbursement will be offered based on the portion of the service not yet delivered.
- No Reimbursement Situations: Bespoke planning sessions delivered in full are not eligible for any reimbursement due to the tailored preparation and resource allocation conducted in advance. This policy ensures consistent quality and commitment for all clients.
